Premium Terrace Transformation
We completely reimagined this outdoor space to create a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. This turnkey project included a custom timber patio cover and meticulous high-end tile laying across the entire terrace surface. Built with premium materials to withstand the Pacific Northwest climate while maintaining a luxury aesthetic. Located in Pierce County, this project took 3 weeks and used frost-resistant porcelain tiles rated for Pacific Northwest winters.
Luxury Stone Outdoor Kitchen
We transformed a standard patio into a high-end entertainment area. This project featured custom stone masonry, a built-in stainless steel BBQ grill, and a massive stone fireplace designed to withstand Washington weather while providing warmth and style. This King County project featured hand-selected natural stone veneer and a built-in gas line connection, completed in under 4 weeks.

A stunning centerpiece for the living room. We installed large-format dark porcelain tiles spanning from floor to ceiling. The project required precise leveling (as seen in the process photo) to ensure perfect grout lines and a sleek, modern finish. Installed in a Bellevue home, the large-format 24×48 inch porcelain panels required laser-level precision to achieve seamless floor-to-ceiling alignment.
